Can teachers be anything else but teachers?

Can teachers be anything else but teachers? While that may seem like a silly question, it is one that many teachers consider, and that question is what holds some teachers back from venturing into other realms. When you think of a teacher, many will say that teachers just stand in front of their students and teach the standards they are required to, however, that is far from the truth. Standing in front of students is only one out of the many things teachers do and become experts at.
